La Asociación Costarricense de Bádminton disfrutó de la presencia del señor Germán Valdez, Director de Desarrollo de la Confederación Panamericana, durante su Seminario de Fundamentos para la Enseñanza del Bádminton.   Este evento, que tuvo lugar el 1° de mayo, de 9:00am a 6:00pm, coincidió con la visita del señor Valdez, así permitiendo que los 22 participantes (entrenadores y profesores de educación física) aprovecharan de sus conocimientos para afianzar sus destrezas en la enseñanza del bádminton.   Otros puntos importantes en la visita del señor Valdez incluyeron sesiones con clubes de primaria, secundaria, universidad y adultos, igual que con clases de educación física.  Todos los participantes salieron muy agradecidos con tanto el conocimiento compartido como la disposición del señor Valdez para trabajar con los grupos.

The Costa Rican Badminton Association took advantage of the presence of PABC Development Director Germán Valdez during its recent Seminar on the Foundations of Badminton Training.   This event, which took place on May 1, from 9:00am to 6:00pm, coincided with Valdez's visit, thus allowing the 22 participants (trainers and physical education teachers) to hone their skills in the teaching of badminton.   Other highlights of Valdez 's visit included sessions with elementary, high school, university and adult clubs, as well as with physical education classes.  The participants were very happy with Valdez's willingness to share his knowledge and experience in the area of badminton, as well as his good cheer in working with the groups of all different levels.
